I've told ya'll how out here in the country we've got an array of critters that like to come up & eat the cats' food.
To date, I've documented a skunk, an opossum & a raccoon. Mostly they are timid & run when I opened the front door. But whoever said, "They are more scared of you than you are of them" is not necessarily correct.
Last night, I opened the door to check on the kitties. When I did - this is what was there:
And he didn't move. He didn't even stop to come up & take a breath from eating.
He is definately a younger skunk. B-rad figures he was waiting for me to open the door so he could practice with his sprayer thingie. Nope, nu uh-I'm not that brave...

Love the new picture at the top!
Okay, so I'm just slightly afraid. ha! I'm totally kidding. I remember you, too, as Jeremy's older sister. Funny how lives intertwine. I'm trying to figure out where you guys live (?). Anyways, I'm glad you find some comic relief in my silly Ella- we think she is such a hoot. Thanks for following!
Ah, Melissa - it feels so good to come out of the stalking closet! :) Yes, I'm Jeremy's OLDER sister, you don't have to rub it in! HA!
We live on the Depauw side of Brunner Hill. If you passed your parents house & just kept going, you'd pass over Corydon Ramsey & we're like the 5th place on the right. In the corn field on top of the hill! :)
Um, I think I would have peed my pants if I opened the door and saw a skunk!
