It's been almost a week since Sparky's big adventure @ the doctor. And even though no one has asked how he's doing, I thought I'd update you on his progress anyway. (It's ok, I still love you!) The emotional scars are gone so I felt like enough time had passed so I could show you pics of his handy work.
Brad says that CPS (Cat protective service) is going to come take them away because they both look "mangey". Sonny's back leg is still almost bald where he had a tumor removed back in January & now part of Sparky's tail is bald! I mean, isn't that JUST my luck? I take in 2 strays & one has a tumor (which cost $200) & the other one gets bit by another cat?!
Please don't comment on the over abundance of wild onions. I KNOW I need to get out & work in the landscaping!
Obviously Sparky hasn't learned his lesson, because he still picks fights w/ Sonny.

It takes a tag team effort to give it to him. Brad has to hold him & I have to pry his mouth open to squirt the antibiotic into it. I SWEAR Brad is NOT choking him here. He has to hold his head because Sparky will bury it into his shoulder & I can't give him the medicine! Really people, why would I just spend $113 on him only to have Brad strangle him to death?!

I should've KNOWN you'd have a comment, Daniel! BTW-that's good ole fashion FIELD DIRT that has all kinds of WEEDS in it (for a while it was johnson grass in our yard...) LOL!
