Sooooo... Amanda has asked when I plan on doing another 'you ask, I answer' session because she has questions about the farm. To be honest, Amanda, NEVER! I had NO plans on doing another one.
No one cares about anything except wanting to know why I don't want to reproduce. Tear...
(And really, haven't we beat that one into the ground stalkers, hhhhmmmm?)
BUT, lucky for you, Amanda - there's nothing I love more than talking about myself educating people about farm life. And your wish is my command...so please, ask away. Depending on your questions, I may have to do some research with the only farmer I know smarter than me (that's B-rad...) AND I may include pictures. Be still your hearts.
I GUESS if you other loyal stalkers have any questions for me that don't include why I don't want to have kids that you are dying to know, go ahead...take your shot...
P.S. - Amanda - please feel free to ask questions whenever you want. I don't mind answering anything. (I'm not sure if you've learned my special kind of sarcasm yet, but I totally did not sit in the tractor & not ask a zillion questions & I totally did not sit in that tractor & NOT complain about being uncomfortable...)

So, a serious question....what would happen if the weather destroyed your crop? Is that possible? Like hail or a drought? Would you just be sol? I assume you get paid for the crops, right? Or is that wrong?
Do you ever make out in the tractor while you are out there all alone? I want pictures!
Wow! An open invitation to ask. Here are a few to start.
1. Was hubby a farmer before you got married? Like did you know what you were getting in to?
2. What kind of crops do you guys plant?
3. What do you do at harvest- like do you sell the entire crop at a warehouse kind of thing or the farmers market??
4. Are your crops very profitable? Like enough that you guys could live off of what you make just on the farm? Does Brad work another job in addition to the farm?
Ooooh . . . I have a question! Will you and Brad will the farm to your future children? What if your future children don't want to farm?
