This is right up my obsessive alley

Our 4th (& perhaps final?!) blog-off is going to cover 'our favorite things'! I figured after all of us complaining last time about our pet peeves, we would need some uplifting form of discussion. And because I'm so passionate about stuff, this one was even more fun than the pet peeves post for me. (If you can imagine?!) I was slightly afraid for my life (or losing stalkers) after that blog off. This one is all about FUN. All about LOVE. All about stuff I'm OBSESSED with! Be still my heart!

First & foremost, I.LOVE.BLOGGING! When I started this dog & pony show - I didn't quite know what B-rad & I would do that would be interesting to read. It's been such a wonderful outlet for me to vent, educate, chastise, keep in touch with friends & family and to make NEW friends! I also love the fact that somehow this thing turned into comic relief for some of you! I have surprised myself at how funny I (or our lives!) can be! I am truly THANKFUL for all of you, my loyal stalkers. I was once accused of 'having no life' because of my obsession with my blog. I respectfully disagree. If making one person smile, one person laugh, or making one new friend is having no life - then sign me up! I truly LOVE it!

Also, along the blogging line, I love comments! I love to hear what you guys think about what I've written. I always say that I'm 'all about constructive criticism' & that's the TRUTH! I try to keep an open mind & if I say something you disagree with - by all means - COMMENT & tell me! Just do it in a constructive manner & we'll be 'A' ok. I read each of them & think, "hhhmmm, maybe *** is right?" I am stubborn, but not so much that I'm incapable of listening to others opinions & understanding & appreciating them.

I love facebook. As much as I had negative to say about it in my pet peeves post, I really do love it & here's why: First, you can find out ANYTHING on facebook. I mean, you can put a question out there as a status update & your friends WILL answer you. Genius. Second, I'm one of the nosiest people you will ever have the pleasure of knowing - so when people constantly update what they're doing or where they've been? Heaven...

I love the color purple. Not the movie, not Prince the singer- the color. 'Nuff said.

Sunflowers - Love 'em. I'm not allowed to have them at home because B-rad says they will overtake the field & they're impossible to get rid of. I say they're pretty - so who cares? I've also told Carrie & Lora & I'm telling all my stalkers -when I die -make sure B-rad puts sunflowers & daisies & spring-y type flowers on my casket. No red roses here. Bo-ring...

I love the Twilight books. It's so hard to explain to people who haven't read them how wonderful they are. But I was resistant at first too. I mean, really - vampires? Who cares?! I figured millions of women couldn't be wrong so I decided to give it a chance. I'm so thankful I did. How else would I have ever found out I was in love with Edward Cullen? (swoon...) (Uhm, fake people were NOT included in the previous posts disclaimer. And sadly, he is NOT my hubby so the disclaimer is moot when it comes to Edward. Just sayin'...)

I love the internet. What a wonderful invention! You can find out anything you'd ever wanna know. Google is also a glorious resource. I was trying to open a document one day at work with an extension I didn't recognize. So I Googled it. I was able to find out what it was PLUS download the software to open it. Love.it! You can book your entire vacation on-line! Flights, hotels, whatever. Lets say you're going to be traveling to another state (first, how did you ever get there without mapquest.com?!), you're gonna wanna stay at a Holiday Inn when you get there. How do you know where it is? How do you know their phone number?! How did vacations EVER get taken before the internet?!

I love purses/bags. I don't know why - I just do. Some people are shoe people, I am a purse people. I have like 9000 different purses & bags. And I love each of them for very different reasons. I also love little ones for 'trinkets' & things. Like make up bags & stuff like that. Give me a bag & I'll give you a hug...

Finally, I love snow! Now, before you fuh-reak out, let me explain. I don't like driving in it or being out in it. I love to watch it fall. I love to watch it pile up on the ground. It just makes everything look so clean! Ahhhhh...
