Are we on the surface of the sun or at a graduation par-tay?

Our bff's oldest son graduated from Floyd Central. Yesterday was his par-tay. It was SO hot outside so keeping the food & drinks cool was a constant task.

Batman is Tyler's favorite character. Carrie's mom traced this & colored it for him. Carrie put out his senior pictures & if you notice towards the bottom of the pic is the book I helped her with. His cake came from the "Sweet Stuff" shop in New Albany. It was really good! I don't like my icing real sweet & it wasn't at all.
Since I was being a happy helper so Carrie & her fam could visit with the guests, B-rad got hold of my camera. Weird, my mouth is open...

Everyone really seemed to enjoy the book. Tyler happened to come over while one of Carrie's friends was looking at it so I got a pic of him.

I always enjoy being around Carrie's family. They are just so down to earth & easy to talk to. We've been around them so much now that I had already met almost everyone who came to the party. Carrie's mom would be like, "Oh, do you know Jaime?" And they would all say, "Yes, I do!!"

We are all going on a cruise this winter. Matt & Carrie, me & B-rad, Carrie's parents & a couple friend of theirs. It's gonna be a wild time! Carrie's dad informed me yesterday that the attire on the cruise was string bikinis. Lord, help us all...
