Wedding reception

One of the members of the motorcycle gang got married in Colorado back in October.

Did you notice Hannah (Jer's ex & still our friend...)? The bride is her sister. Hannah? I like. The groom, I like. The bride-not so much...I know, that's not nice. Someday I'll tell ya the story of why...then you'll understand.
But anywho - it was their day - it was lovely - but it was freezing cold. There was an ice storm the night before - so they moved the ceremony inside.

Fast forward 6 months & the reception was Saturday night at the Mellwood Arts Center. Brad took off from spreading fertilizer a little early so we could go celebrate with them. We had never been to there before, but it was really nice inside! Shauna & her hubby 'own' the motorcycle gang. Don't ask me how it works, 'cuz I don't know. She's really cool & had asked me to save them a seat at our table. I really like talking to her 'cuz she's kinda like me. She don't take no crap & if you're pissed at her - she wants you to tell her so you can fight it out & get over it!
This is the only real pic I got of the bride & groom. He calls her 'Georgia' so their first dance was to, "Georgia on My Mind". You could hear a collective 'ahhhhh' from the crowd when the music started.
We didn't stay too awful late because B-rad was tired & we knew we had to get up early Sunday morning to go to church. We planned on calling it a night around 9:30, but by the time he said goodbye to everyone, I had sat back down to talk to Shauna & before we knew it, it was 10:15... so much for leaving early...
