B-rad's happy birthday!

Today is B-rad's birthday! And the best thing about B-rad's birthday is that he is now the same age as me... (until May when I get older. Psssssh! I am 9 months older than him....)
Mom wanted to take B-rad to Olive Garden for dinner & Jeremy & Rhonda came too! For the record mom asked dad to come & I said, "UHM - WHY?" She said, "Well - I would feel bad if everyone went out to dinner without me!" I said, "Well, YOU don't act like a raging maniac...most the time..." So needless to say, dad stayed home...thank goodness.... He doesn't do well in public... Jeremy got B-rad some healthy snacks of nuts & some cajun mix thingie. BOR-ING... But Rhonda....O o o oh Rhoooon da - she made B-rad some puppy chow. B-rad loves him some puppy chow.
Rhonda is a physical therapist of some sort. And mom started complaining about a pain in her neck when she walks. Jer told her to ask Rhonda for some free medical advice. Mom said, "Oh no. I'm not gonna ask for free medical advice." Jer said, "It's ok-Rhonda doesn't care." Mom again said, "No, no I'm not asking..." So I jumped in, "I'LL ask for free medical advice!" See-when I jazzercise, the bottom of my feet feel like they're on fire. Like seriously someone is taking a stick with a cloth on the end, soaked in gasoline, set on fire on my feet. It hurts sooooo bad. I even went & got new shoes. No help. It is soooo painful that it makes me not want to jazzercise. Sigh. So Rhonda couldn't help me with my free medical advice question. Hmph. But she did tell me she has a friend who deals with feet & she will ask & research it. Score!

Mom finally relented & asked Rhonda for her free advice on her neck. I didn't get the pic of them practicing some stretching exercises. Curses to a slow shutter... (but how funny is Jer?!)
Jer is working really hard on his swimming. He had a trialathon over the weekend & he got his personal best on the swim. He says by next year he should be able to greatly reduce his swim time during the Ironman (It took him 1 1/2 hours...). One can only hope....I mean - sista needs to go to Kona. (You may remember-Jer was only like 6 positions from qualifying for the big bad Kona Ironman. [that's in Hawaii... all the cool, 'in' crowd kids call it Kona. And I'm as cool & as in as they come...] And if my brother qualifies for Kona, it IS my sisterly duty to go & support him. Right?!?!?!)
Me & the birthday boy who is now 34 years old...yup, just like me...
After dinner, the novelty of having a pleasant evening together has worn off. We've moved on from free medical advice & me guilting & berating Jer into improving that swim & onto our cellular devices...
Jer got Rhonda this dog hat. She wore it WHEN she gave B-rad the puppy chow. That's just kinda wrong, isn't it?!
Thanks, Mom for buying B-rad's dinner & not mine (what-ever!) ... Thanks to Jer for the nuts? And thanks to Rhonda for the puppy chow...that B-rad won't share... Curses...

HAHA, Ginmommy! Yes, I like Rhonda...we are even going to see NKOTBSB together this summer... However, I know not to get too close because at any moment she could be history. Jer's m o is kinda dating whatever chick is involved in whatever hobby he's into at the time. So-never give up. Never. He could totally decide he wants to hook up with a chick about his own age (Rhonda is a lil' older...) that's a stay at home mom & lives in BG. It COULD happen...
