Nancy & I went to a dance our line dance teacher from the Y sponspored in Salem Friday night. The theme was a luau. But I don't really have any luau-y stuff, so I threw on this lei that matched my sweater. That's as good as I was gonna get..JPG)
But these ladies were totally able to dress for the occasion. Grass skirts, bright colors - the works....JPG)
Obviously I didn't know all of the dances (I'm still a newbie...) , so I sat on the sidelines while Nancy was out dancing. Our teacher was really good about going through some of the dances before we danced them to refresh our memories. And I was even brave enough to get out there & muddle my way through some of them I didn't know. No one was watching me - what do I care?!

Very cute!! I am a dancer at heart, I'll never give up my jazz hands, so I understand your need to move the bo-tay and take off your sweater. ;)
It's true, Jaime! You would love Jazzercise. It's the only exercise I actually enjoy.
I wish I could dance. Um, are you watching DWTS? I kind of dance worse than Kate...if that's possible. Don't hate. I know you're a Kate fan...
No worries, Tracey...uhm, I said I LIKE to dance - not that I CAN dance...This white girl has no rhythm...
But I AM going to sign up for Jazzercise based on Alicia & Denise's endorsement.... we shall see how it goes. PLUS, if I hate it or humiliate or hurt myself - I will totally blame them! :)
